Leg Day Observer's return: Protein supplements as baroque expression
My Leg Day Observer column is now BACK:

On Inverse.com. It’s the second column (first here), dealing with … protein supplements, which are more convenient, twisted and pleasure-seeking… kind of an Upādāna cruise ship vibe. You can buy butter-flavored protein powder now (photo below).
Longtime subscribers may remember Leg Day Observer as a series of newsletters addenda in 2016-17 focusing on powerlifting, strength sports and weight training. I no longer want to become giant but I do like the idea of this, still, in a big way:
Half the video views are mine. My fitness philosophy in case anyone is wondering is somewhere between Vitruvian man and the person above, and that the money in the fitness industry is not all bad since it creates brass rings (jobs) for people who are seeking knowledge (fitness is one of the best problematiques there is).
But, that the money in the fitness industry is of course not all good, either. I tried to make the buttery blend protein photo very small.
Thanks for reading. Email me if there’s something you’re curious about strength-sports wise…
